She takes care of what is needed immediately and truely cares about one's home and living experiences! If anyone is looking for a trustworthy realtor and/or source to rely on please go here!!! I made Jane aware of an issue with our water heater on Wednesday. She made sure our water heater was replaced today and it is amazing!!! No matter how big or small the issue may be, Jane will make sure it's taken care of. She has been such a blessing to our family in so many ways. She is the absolute best!!!
The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I don't want to make the business look bad since they were pretty helpful and responsive when we reached out to them. However I wish I can say the same about the agent we had to deal with, Jane Grose, who was nothing but useless. To start she showed up at the wrong house the day we met. Days went by without a reply from Jane, no texts back nor return our calls. Not the best first experience when moving to a new state.
