Town and Country is run by the most incompetent people I have ever encountered. When our lease was transferred from another management company to them, we got a letter saying we had an appointment to meet and we supposed to sign a new lease agreement. We showed up for the appointment and they had no idea what we were talking about or who we were. We never signed a new lease agreement.
