I would advise anyone who deals with these people to have a buyer's agent or an attorney review and get all correspondence in writing. Their unproffessionaism cost me $5,000 in ernest money. Gone.

I came in from out-of-state to relocate my elderly mother and used Town & Country to sell her home. We dealt with Lynda Davis. She gave us the price she felt should be asked for the house. We were later informed of an offer and given a list of things,, in the process, that she claimed the buyer would have to do to remodel the house to compare it to the prices of homes they were attempting to sell in that same area and therefore, that could lower the price of the original amount asked for the house. Town and Country is run by the most incompetent people I have ever encountered. When our lease was transferred from another management company to them, we got a letter saying we had an appointment to meet and we supposed to sign a new lease agreement. We showed up for the appointment and they had no idea what we were talking about or who we were. We never signed a new lease agreement. Six months later we got a letter saying the house would be inspected. The letter said it would be a Wednesday but the actual date was a Thursd... read more
