Art Brill was the realtor for the seller of the property we made an offer on. The man is stuck in the 70's. We are currently under contract with him and refuses to sign the mutual release but wants to take the home off the market before the appraisal came in. I don't think the seller is even aware of the thousands of $$$$ she is losing by dealing with this man
