Do not rent the house on 503 first street. its disgusting, with maze like rooms, incomplete floors, cabinetry, and whatever was completed, was done by an amateur, disgusting and badly finished surfaces, air conditioning and plumbing issues from day one, there is no way this house should pass inspection to be rented.
