Worst experience renting or dealing with management than any place we have ever lived. Jenna Toomey has been disrespectful, inconsiderate, inconsistent in her ability to be responsive to issues, and taking no responsibility in handling issues. Cops are at the apartment complex multiple times a month for DV between other tenants. When i reported this her literal response was "i didnt hear anything" That absolutely makes no sense. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I called to schedule a tour and was told a date and time. There was no confirmation sent to me over email or text, or instructions. The day of the tour, I arrive at the location and no one is there. Again, no email, call, or text. There’s nobody waiting by the entrance either. Dan did more than the usual realtor would do, he even did some smaller renovations to get the house easier sold - without charging for that. In the light of the currently difficult housing market the achieved sales price was ok.
