They referred another agent who failed and drug the whole thing out. They work with companies to get lower prices for sellers. They are a weak agancy and others are better. I sell homes and buy them I am not going back to them. Or even work with a person who is using them

Beware of giving buyer Credit of 1-3 percent. ..it actually cost us 5300 dollars on top of the 50/50 split of other fees.So the paperwork says we received a full price offer of 179,000 ...when you subtract the buyer credit . We actually sold our house for 173,700...the realtors explaination ,, buyers credit happens in Susanville .Make the realtor explain the exact amount of money a buyer credit will cost you..we were distracted buying in Reno.( Much easier and straight forward). .
