By far no better then renting from a slumlord on October 2017 I was turned over to these people because my previous realtor decided not to rent properties anymore I paid One time pet deposit which was non-refundable with the previous realtor then was bullied by this company to pay another $125 for my animals was on a month-to-month contract with the other realtor and then was told I have to take a year lease with this Company.
