Not one to usually post reviews. However, this company has serviced fuel oil delivery for roughly 5 years now to my personal home. Very transparent with billing. This business gives a small percentage discount if you pay your bill right away when over 200 gallons were delivered. They once allowed me to pay my bill in exact cash despite not normally doing so. They've always come in a reasonable time frame and was transparent with delivery time frames.

We’ve used Town and Country for the last 4 years and are very satisfied with their service. They always come right away and the customer service is a 10/10.

I ordered propane six days ago for our home’s heating system and still have not received delivery. As a result, we’ve been forced to endure uncomfortably cold temperatures in our home for far longer than should ever be acceptable. When I contacted Town & Country Oil & Propane to ask about the missed delivery, I was told “I’m not sure” when I asked when it would arrive. The worker Shane Richards is not a nice person he bluntly told a customer cause they all was broke he won’t deliver after swearing once the account was paid up he delivered. Who tells a customer that! And when they all ways got paid by the state except twice and the second time it was in this past April that they owe the bill and promised to pay once they got it they got it and they don’t want it.
