Good- clean Bad- Like all these "neighborhood markets" in the Tenderloin these greedy owners take advantage of the people who live in these neighborhoods. They prey on the immobile, EBT dependant, most vulnerable in 'their' neighborhood with prices 3x the grocery stores with their shelves stocked with stolen items they buy mainly from addicts for pennies on the dollar.
