I don’t normally leave reviews, but I would not recommend Town and Country Locks. I had an appointment for 3:45pm, and at 4:48 the technician still wasn’t there. After talking several times to the Customer Service Attendee and the Technician, they keep telling me that the Technician was 10 minutes out. Being that I know the area, I asked what was the cross streets to verify. The Technician called me back and started yelling at me, and told me to find someone else. I was thinking, where am I? Locked my keys in my car and they arrived within ten minutes! Wasn't cheap, but worth the speedy and professional service.
Town & Country were very responsive! They were able to get me back in my locked car within 30 minutes, from call to keys. The tech that came out, Mitch, was very nice and professional. Perfect!
I have only heard good things about this place. My son works for them and really likes it.
