This guy is a con artist, he has an advertisement in front of his store that clearly states watch battery replacement for $5.99. (Good Luck getting a battery replaced for that price from this guy) Furthermore he is inexperienced in watch repair. He didn’t know how to replace the battery in my Movoda and wanted to charge me $35 to send it out for repair. If you have a high quality watch don’t take it to this guy. I have purchased numerous things from this store ranging from rings to necklaces and to watches. Everything here is genuine, which is the reason the costs are high. The owner is an astounding individual and is pleasant to everybody he meets. He brings down the costs of numerous things, and as I would like to think, he gives great arrangements. We had such a wonderful experience at this jewelry store. My boyfriend and I came in just to browse engagement rings, and I didn’t even know my ring size at the time. The owner was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find my exact ring size without making us feel rushed or pressured. Oh my, what a delightful little store! Everything is so nicely decorated, and the mirrors make it feel bright and cheerful, just a joy to browse. The owner is such a kind gentleman, and the young staff are so helpful and polite, always ready to answer questions. I felt right at home, and the lighting makes all the jewelry sparkle beautifully. It’s truly a lovely place, and I’ll be coming back again soon!
