If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. The service department is a SCAM. To begin with they do nothing with any sort of rush, I had a truck sitting there for 5 weeks and they did NOTHING to it. During the time they had the truck, I was charged $1700 for draining the fuel tank that had Def in it, just for me to take it to another dealership and find out they NEVER did it. This is the worst dealership when it comes to customer service. The GM. Joseph is the worst person to deal with. He has a superiority complex and stated that "whatever he says is final" he also stated " that there is no one above him to over ride his decisions. We bought a used vehicle and in less than a week the front nose clip and bumper started to come loose and was a couple inches short of dragging. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Landmark Dodge, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Their customer service was appalling, with staff displaying a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Started out with a price to fix all the issues was $400. Then it was a snowball, with the price increasing with every phone call. Second to last call Josh stated there would not be anymore increasing of the price. Dealership sold me 2022 suburban. After taking possession the dealer later claims financing can not be arranged or finalized and repos the vehicle. Dealership refuses to return deposit or items left in the vehicle. Dealership refuses to return calls to resolve this matter. Very dishonest trade practices. Will be resolving this issue thru Henderson courts.
I have been in Las Vegas for over fifty years and have purchased vehicles from many of the local dealerships in my time here. Towbin Dodge is the only one that I will never return to do any business with. I have absolutely no use for lying service writers that try to charge for extras that my vehicle doesn't have I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get any results as the dealership was totally unresponsive to my requests
Buyers beware if you need a car you will not get a good car here even New they claim that they check the video they don't and they true different race of people different way so if your not Mexico you are out of luck buyer beware.
