Trotters Restaurant is great. Becky, Christine and Karen make everything better. And the food never disappoints.
The rooms and hotel was nicely kept. Everything seemed to be in good working order. The beds, however were terrible. I don't think I have ever slept on a more uncomfortable bed. It sloped to the middle. By the time we got to the room, we were all just ready for bed. The parking lot layout leaves alot to be desired and the layout is confusing.

Absolutely beautiful clean rooms no smell. Let me say NO SMELLY rooms if you understand where I'm coming from. This place and the staff are so professionally. The next time we come to Charleston TCIS will be the place we shall book. Keep up the amazing work!
