Looks old from the outside, but the rooms are deceptively well modernized with flooring instead of carpet, and good wifi, TV, Keurig, refrigerator, and modern shower and separate bathtub. I was surprisingly impressed. Good value.
Clean rooms? Not far from City Center. Will stay here again.
This is a very nice hotel. We stayed there recently and also had dinner at Trotter's. Everything was very nice and the service we received at dinner was extraordinary. However, we were very upset with the way we were treated at check-in. Bruce was condescending and rude. I had a full leg brace on due to a recent fall, breaking my kneecap. He told us that the luggage carts were just up the hallway, when in fact ,they were quite a distance from where we checked in.
