Dont tell anyone..... this place is amazing. I love it. I love their restaurant. I love the suites. I love it all. I would spend my last dollars just to enjoy that amazing air jet tub. Shhhh
We stayed here for 3 nights. Highlights- love the hotel layout, size of rooms, staff was friendly. Cons- pillows are TERRIBLE, lumpy messes. We had to go buy some. (I provided this constructive feedback to the front desk at checkout. I was told that “He knows.”) Our headboard was also by an exit door that slammed every time it was used. Rooms need maintenance: ours had wood rot around tub, ceiling leak stains. I’ve machines were off first day. The concierge is super nice, and the hotel is emaculate. We stayed in room 125, and you can hear when someone above you runs the bath. It's so loud, like a jet flying above you. You can hear everything going on in the hallway as well. I expected more from a hotel of such high rating.
Wouldn't stay here again even it it was for free. Restaurant was closed after 2pm Sun. No water available Desk concierge said use vending machine {out of order} Restaurant couldnt provide water {closed) Concierge said the use tap water anyway and she wouldn't drink it. There are plenty of similar much nicer hotels nearby and lessmoney too.
