The manager of this branch is very very arrogant. She made a mistake on ordering one of my window orders and then told me that I gave them the order wrong that I should have known by looking at the Florida product approval how to order the windows correctly. When all I do is send over the measurements of the windows and then it's responsibility of the people to order the window properly. Town & Country Industries has been very helpful in providing our gutter needs! We appreciate the front desk (Kid & Tim) and their help always having a good attitude and willing to help answer our questions.

Called for pricing on window frames so I could go and pick them up if cheaper than a big-box store. Young lady told me “we can make you a quote”. I said okay and the. She said “Quotes are 24-hours BUT I will call you back in a hour with a price” . I waited two hours and called back to get a status. Now after time-wasted I’m being told “quotes are 24-hours for everyone sir”……… I don’t mind waiting like everyone else but wasting my time is the same as wasting my money
