Great peeps in the office in great Warehouse guys
Town and County charge 25% restocking fee. 10% should be max. The $1500 of materials returned were still in shrink wrap ready to put back on the shelves. My company was charged $400 restocking fee to put back two bundles of aluminum that was completely shrink wrapped the way I picked it up. (30 pieces of 20' 3/4 inch bronze picket stock, 1 bundle of 39" bronze picket stock (ALL IN SHRINK WRAPPED, READY FOR RESALE). Ashley, and manager are rude and condescending. People on the dock are excellent. K
I put on a single Star because you can not put on less. Every day you come here, you lose an hour or more to get the materials delivered to you. Shame. If you appreciate your time, definitely do not come here.
