Awsome Service. Tom the Tech is great this was second time we've called them. First was for our heat back in the winter. Come to find out our condenser fan motor was after market. (lasted a few yrs) He informed us of the after market fan blade i could change. After checking out the system found one of the heating elements not even working..This time AC. Low on R22 but i never found a fan blade.. Tom got on the horn and found one for us. An OEM part.... what a difference!
Previously used Town and Country in the past for several service calls. Today, James, a subcontracted technician, came and provided service which included adding 6.5 lbs of R-22 into my aging system. No other service action was conducted. Upon completion, James began to complete the invoice billing. On several occasions, he apologized while filling out the paperwork. 1.0 star rating 5/10/2014 Bought a new hvac unit from them about six years ago. Thank god we got an extended warranty. Each year they have had to come out several times to service the unit. Everything from a new motor, to switches, to a leak in a welded joint that carries the freon. The past three years the unit has iced over several times each winter. Thursday we turned the ac on for the first time, it ran cold for 15 minutes and then quit. When I called to schedule yet another service appt, I asked that a manager or owner ... read more
