If you don’t ask questions, because I guess your suppose to know how they do or don’t do things, you’ll get crappy service, Mirrors: if they sit in frames they don’t polish edges, so you’ll get a mirror with flaky rough edges and falling apart, but like the lady on the phone said “usually people don’t call and complain about mirrors that sit in frames because they don’t take them out” 😳 but seriously you should mention to people that they leave rough edges and that it’s extra $$$ to get polished edges, some people like norm... read more
