This place is still a major disappointment...they have no concept of customer relations. Tried to get to a water dispenser to get water to take my meds. No cups by either dispenser in hallway from service shop to waiting area to show room...add insult to injury...no water either. Asked about water...an employee said we're out...impression is they've been out a long time. Still resolved will not buy a vehicle from this dealership...simply stated they don't seem to give a hoot. Plenty of Ford dealers in the area. Poor service ... read more
Horrible experience I got a 2016 mini van from them and on the way home with it all the lights on the dash came on and they refused to do anything about it even after I was told that they were going to fix it I drove an hour each way just to hear sorry can't help u that's Horrible I do not recommend this dealership to anyone
