I got extended warranty letter, unlimited KM’s from Chrysler Saying there was an oil consumption problem and if need be it need to be repaired or replacedI’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships in my life. Town & Country is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I have bought multiple vehicles from Brad Kyle. Having known him for 50 years with both of us growing up in the Perth area. Excellent sales staff, very friedly annd helpful. I Would not reccoment having service done here. The service department at this place provided inadequite service and caused damage to my vehicle which I had to have repaired at another garage. It was damage that was covered under their warranty agreement with me, and they refuse to accept responsibility. They stole things out of my truck and blamed me for their poor service.
