I've had a couple body work repairs at Town & Country Auto Body over the years. Most recently, my Hyundai was hit & I needed extensive repair to one of my car doors. I was unable to take my vehicle to a shop for a quote during business hours due to my work schedule. After calling T&C, Ray offered to come by my office to asses the damage & give me a quote. Town and Country Auto Body repaired my late model BMW in record time over Thanksgiving. We needed a new door which had to be shipped from Salem. They painted the new door matched the color perfectly , all this in 5 days! Ray, the owner , was professional and courteous. We were able to return to California as planned. Great experience!
The people were fabulous, the work was excellent, and it was quickly and professionally done. One of the best parts (besides the people) was they have loaner cars while your vehicle is being repaired! This was a huge to benefit to me because I don't pay the extra for it on my insurance to rent my own. They are amazing! :)
I backed into my mom and step-dad's BMW while he was out visiting from California. It was a major bummer because they were only out visiting for a few days. Town and Country was able to coordinate with the insurance people, order the parts from out-of-town, arrange for the rental car, and fix the damage by the time my folks were scheduled to leave town. They were able to blend the paint perfectly and the car looks like new. I would recommend Ray and his team to anyone... my mother!
Town & Country fixed my car after a collision with a deer. They were quick, professional, and friendly. They went above and beyond to replace interior bulbs and coordinate to have my car detailed while it was in the shop for cosmetic repair. Besides the high quality work, I recommend them for their superior customer service. I will be back if I need anything else and have already recommended Town & Country Auto Body to others.
