Completely unprofessional and unknowledgeable. This is during refinance ro safe money during the pandemic. They contacted on Friday insisted on coming Monday. Did not confirm time and the number is cellular which would not answer. They just showed up and spent 20 minutes total. The text confirmation came after appointment and stated 11pm that night. The data was inaccurate were not sure my home, the house data did not match assessors office or insurance data, or the required mileage and dates for recent sales for comps. Th... read more
