These are good people.
These are good people.
Well maintained, and clean livable homes. After a tenant moves out, the owners themselves go in and clean, and make repairs such as newer carpet if so many years old, new paint, and any other misc. repairs. A quote from the Owner - "We will make it nice enough, and clean enough that we personally would have no problem moving in!" Grass and shrubs are maintained for a nice clean fresh look. Several people who live in these units have been there for 20 odd years, with no complaints.
