Total ripoff! Partner unfortunately lives there and their rent is now more than what my mortgage was for my 3bed2bath house. Completely rundown units and maintenance is virtually nonexistent. Avoid this place at all costs.
Absolutely loved the last owner. The place was $800 when I began renting 4 years ago. It got bought out 3 years ago. They jacked up the rent (violating my contract) without improving my apartment or getting a new fence. The company that bought the apartments are literal con artists. I assure you there is mold and water damage behind that paint
I am so happy that my family and me found a new apartment to move to this complex is the worse i have ever lived in the property manger is a slumlord and only care about ripping people off by overcharging everyone that comes there and making the water bill be in your name but paying it with the rent so for example one month water was $80 witch is typical but the next month it was $356 witch i know for a fact we didnt use that much water in a month the apts are falling apart and they dont fix nothing all the maintenance guy k... read more
Living here so far has been pure hell the neighbors blast their music 24 hours a day we have notified the property manager 100 times sent recordings provided a dozen police reports and nothing has been done they have came outside screaming shouting and harassing us and we even provided police report on that as well and all we get in return is we will talk to them, we pay our rent before the due date every month, we pay more then what should be expected for these living conditions, I would never recommend anyone to live here ... read more
Can someone tell me who owns this? I'm looking for the equity management property but can't find it. They bought my apartments in ohio and are some crooks so I'm looking to sue. I can't find them on bbb or any websites. Just checking if anyone know if this is who owns this property also because this is what came up under their address.
