Property mgmt.is horrendous. Unprofessional, and non- caring , call complainants called liars and the list goes on and on. Evictions threatened at a drop of a hat. 2020 - A new manager recently took over, same company, but does listen to the residents. Finally. The small 15+ residents live peacefully and respectfully. All residents are older, only dog's make any noise. A nice,quiet and small community to retire too.
