Lived here for 8 years, wasn't bad until covid started. They finally opened the pool last month. Tenants were given a written notice that the pool was now open again. They stated in that letter the rules and expectations of tenants to follow and the hours of operation for the pool. Apparently the maintenance person is supposed to open and close the pool daily. I call the office when the pool has not been opened for the day and I am told it's closed until further notice, no explanation why or when it will be opened. Managemen... read more
Clean, reasonably quiet place to live. Rent has gone up 25% since moving in.
I live here for about 8 months that apartment in a one bed one bath, it has its pros and cons but it’s wonderful starter home for someone that is looking for something decent. It has refrigerator air which means your never cold in winter and never hot in summer. The pool isn’t open which was a bummer never got to try it out. There isn’t any dishwasher at the apartments and laundry facility is good they give you your own key to wash. The apartment is spacious and the lighting is nice with windows.
