Unit 23 and 24 are infested with bed bugs, not only that they constantly put bed bug infested furniture out to decorate their porch in the community garden? Setting up dog crates outside so it looks trashy, they have loose dogs that poop all over everyone's porch, landlords tell you to catch them on video instead of actually addressing concerns. Never on a leash, but because they are small they are allowed to be running loose, owners have no recall don't pick up dog poop. Disgusting...
