I usually have good experiences here, but today wasn’t one of them. I understand things have had to change due to Covid; what I don’t understand is sitting in a vehicle for an hour just waiting for your appointment. It’s 92degrees out and you expect people to sit in the parking lot for an hour after their appointment time with their vehicles running. There were much better ways to handle distancing. Will be finding a new vet that respects the time of their customers.
Dr Van Goosen and her staff R the best ... put it this way we drive 5hrs to go to the Vet😎😎😎
They were great showed me how to trim my kittensbnails and were very gentle with her.

When my Blondie had a rotten tooth that needed to be taken out and treated Dr. VanGoosen didn't hesitate to jump on board to make sure our 12 year old girl was taken care of. The people that work here truly understand that our pets are a part of our family and will go above and beyond to ensure that they are well and taken care of. I can't express how happy our family is to have our Blondie back home to enjoy cuddles and plenty of love.
Love Annette Vangoosen. She has treated and cared for my Dorajean for 13 years. Never have I called and she not answered. Always ready to make sure all is well. She’s the best in my book!!
Hands down best veterinary around, they treated my sweet Hollie like she was there own.

I always take my animals here. very friendly and they take good care of my fur babies when I need them. their prices are good also. I recommend town & country to everyone who ask for a good vet.
