We took our Maltese to see Dr. Rigney for the first time today, and we were not only impressed with her, but also with the vet techs and the receptionist. Missy answered many of my questions in advance and was so pleasant and helpful. The vet techs, Cindy and Christine, were absolutely phenomenal with Snoop. It is obvious that they truly care for animals judging by the way they held him and handled all that that they needed to do professionally, yet gently. Dr.Chett is awesome Brewster had a cyst that was cancer and he did surgery the following day and got him back to himself they called in the evenings to check on Brewster.. He now has another one so he will be going back soon
they are really good people and actually care about you and our pets
We’ve been bringing our dogs here for a while and every time we come, they’re super friendly and amazing. We had to bring our precious Ellie to them yesterday and they were wonderful when we had to make a very hard decision. They were patient, friendly and helpful during our hard time. We love Town and Country and recommend them to everyone.
I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful group of people to take care of us and our precious Lucy!! When she got sick, they took us in quickly, assessed her situation, and were so loving toward her so that she wouldn’t be scared. Lucy passed away and they were all so sweet, helpful, and supportive.
Best service amazing staff A+ care. Been with them 13 years and wouldn’t change you for the world. My entire family goes to you guys and now my sister is starting to go starting in June 1. Thanks for being awesome.
They are good people who care for your love ones I have all respect for them they took care of my baby until her last breath
