Wonderful staff, they know my dogs very well, and care so much for all of their clients! I moved to Lansing and refuse to take my dogs anywhere else!
So grateful they were there on a Saturday morning to take care of my very sick girl. Received compassion, understanding and help getting her to and from the car. I will definately be going to them on a regular basis.
Over priced and over charge customers. They do not inform customers when vaccinations are due for brand new clients and treat customers rudely when they’re disputing an over charge. Extremely inconsiderate and rude. Would recommend taking your pets else where.

Everyone on the staff is kind, professional, and friendly. They have helped us through the loss of a furbaby and have taken great care of our other pets. I am glad to have found the Town and Country Veterinary Hospital since moving into the Charlotte area.
Have been with them for more that 15 years, and couldn't be happier. Their staff is caring, knowledgeable, and ensure that our pets are treated with love and understanding.
We take comfort in believing that we will see our dear, sweet Dusty again one day. Today, on his birthday, he let us know it was time. He went to sleep peacefully in our arms this morning with gentle assistance from Dr. Bauer. We can’t thank her enough for easing his passing and our sadness.
