McKenzie and the staff at this storage facility have been so helpful and responsive from the date we first reserved our unit to the date that we moved out. The facility is well maintained, offers plenty of options and sizes, and is in a convenient location. Reserving, renting, and eventually vacating the storage unit are all quick, easy processes.
Having relocated several times, I have never experienced such exorbitant pricing for low-quality packing supplies. Furthermore, the office environment was unkempt, and the employee on duty seemed visibly annoyed to interrupt her meal to assist a customer. This poor level of service and presentation falls completely short of the standard I have previously experienced with U-Haul
Closed 35 minutes earlier and I couldn’t pick up my truck. Wasted time and put me in rush for my move. Avoid this location
