This is a great apartment complex. The rent is very reasonable and located in an excellent area in walking distance to anything you could possibly need. The maintenance man is very helpful. When I mentioned that the refrigerator was not staying cold enough they replaced it with a new one immediately. The current property manager is very friendly and either answers his cell phone right away or calls you back promptly. Woodinville is very safe and also close to the 405 freeway.
