Caring expert. Friendly staff. Always a good visit.
I've started going to his practice in 2012. He does my Diabetes Eye Exam. He is such a nice doctor. I have sent 3 people to see him, and now he's their doctor.
Great doctor but the office staff is horrible!! The front office staff are rude and uncaring and act like they don't want to be bothered. Just get up and walk away while you are still waiting!! I hope Dr Freshwater gets a better staff out front or patients that have been coming here for years will not be back!!
Updated review: this place has a low review rating entirely because the office staff is not communicative, doesn’t answer phones and when you leave a message they text back (then they will not respond to your response). Please talk to your office manager; this low level of customer service is sad and I probably won’t be back. Dr. Freshwater is great though!
