I've started going to his practice in 2012. He does my Diabetes Eye Exam. He is such a nice doctor. I have sent 3 people to see him, and now he's their doctor. I saw Dr. Butterworth last time and he was great. Dr. Freshwater sold his practice and only works there part time. Great staff! No complaints!

Great doctor but the office staff is horrible!! The front office staff are rude and uncaring and act like they don't want to be bothered. Just get up and walk away while you are still waiting!! I hope Dr Freshwater gets a better staff out front or patients that have been coming here for years will not be back!!
