Very happy with the service here. They take great care of my epileptic dog. I bring both cats here as well and am always happy with the care.
This vet office is a 11 out of 10! They were able to get us in same day for my dog having issues walking. They texted the next morning on a Saturday to see if he’s doing ok. He ended up having more issues with his front legs by then and they had him come in a couple hours later and do a full work up on him. They were all kind with Dexter and worked with him since he’s a very nervous pup. If you need someone to show compassion to your pet and you during a hard visit, this is the place you need to go to!
The amazing staff is so amazing and caring, they are great at working with you on cost and realistic about doing anything unnecessary. We recently had to send one of sweet babies to heaven. The staff were so patient and empathic to our despair giving us extra time to grieve and say goodbye. They even made us a couple paw prints to remember her by and a week later we got such a sweet card in the mail offering condolences it made us cry. Definitely recommend!
I wish they let you give more than 5 stars! My girlfriend brought home a pregnant stray cat so I took her here to get vaccinated and for a check-up. They said the cat would have the kittens that night and she did! Their suggestion to let the cat have the laundry basket for a nursery was a great idea. She goes in and out while the kittens all stay in one place. Fantastic people. Fantastic care!
This place has single-handedly eroded my trust in veterinarians to be ethical and honest. They care about making money and nothing more. Took my cat in for a possible eye infection. His eyes seemed fine to Dr. Jen. Then, she ran bloodwork and convinced me that he’s got Feline Leukemia virus (FeLV). This, despite him being tested (negative result) and vaccinated as a kitten.
