I wish I could give negative 20 stars. This place is truly appalling and has single-handedly eroded my trust in veterinarians to be ethical and honest. They don’t care about your pets or you, they care about making money. Dr. Jen ran a test on my cat and convinced me that he’s got Feline Leukemia virus (FeLV). This, despite him being tested (negative result) and vaccinated as a kitten. She had zero compassion when she called me on an urgent basis to give me this devastating news. Great place to take your pet! Took care of my pup!
We brought in a stary kitten that was oulled out of a car engine, they were the only vet to get her in without a weeka wait. They were so gentle with this little kitten (approx. 6 weeks old). He had maggots and ear mites. They cleaned her up, and got her on medication and supplements. I fully believe they saved this kittens life. They were so thorough with her. Dr. Emily was very attentive, kind and understanding of our sensitivities to our new puppy. Good recommendations and established a trusting relationship. Jonathan was also very helpful.
I have seen Dr Emily and Ashley several times for my nervous adorable labs. They are so kind and gentle and my dogs are tail wagging happy. They gave my dog treats today and he was not even aware he was getting a shot. They explain all procedures and cost up front. Nothing is a surprise. I would recommend them for any of your animals. They are very accommodating as well if you need to a visit immediately.
