We had great hopes for this location when we contracted with them in 2023. Our unit was burglarized in 2024. When we contacted the staff on duty, he did not act surprised at all. He cut off the burglar's lock and said that the camera system would be of no use. When JSO conducted their investigation, the staff refused to help the investigation. They refused to provide employee names to the detective and were super unhelpful with reviewing the camera footage. BTW, camera footage records over itself every week. JSO detective ... read more
