Been with this company 10 years, its by far the best company ive ever worked for.
If you're a business owner who's dealt with Town Center recently and had a negative experience, it's likely due to the fact that they bring on new technicians with zero experience but the promise that they will get them certified and trained but it never happens. After 2 weeks of training, you're on your own and told to just "figure it out" when you're 4 hours from home with no help, not only is this very dangerous its also very illegal. Kalden working in Troy at Pot Bellys was disrespectful. I cannot believe such an immature person who is so easily ready to verbally fight random people just trying to make him smile with a joke is even employed, let alone in a service job near public. He repeatedly kept coming up to me while I was visibly upset trying to speak to their manager about his behavior, making jokes about how security did nothing to him and how i couldn't "do anything to him"; even shoving his name and company shirt label in my face.
