Super rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Absolutely atrocious customer service
The absolute worst customer service. I tried calling and getting my ice machine serviced. They gave me the run around. Very dismissive in the emails. Never actually tried to help us. Adam the vice president was extremely unhelpful and rude too. I don’t understand how a company can be so rude. This is the company’s number on my ice machine. They have serviced it before. Don’t understand how one can run a business like this one. Do not use. Do not trust.
