They didn't help and they want to send my fiancé to ER. Bear ER took us to wait outside and our car for 5 hours! My car almost broke A/C, that is unfair! We want faster for Urgent Care is best but it does not help. You aren't god blessing.

Save your gas/time and make sure you call before making the drive. Arrived to find a note on the door that Urgent Care wasn’t offered today.

Went to Town Center Plaza Urgent Care on a referral from Tricare. They couldn't see me without a negative COVID test said to go get one and come back. So I went out searching for where I could get a test and everyone was 72 hours. So I called them and ask if I could take an at home test, they told me that would be acceptable. So I go back to the urgent care around 1:30 pm and they tell me the provider is gone for the day and they can't see me. Such a waste of my time today I will never go here by choice ever again.

Very friendly staff. Walked in for urgent care, was seen within 20 min. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Just to give a more recent review for everyone's knowledge, they only have a pediatrician on site M-Th at 1pm (mind you they close at 5pm) and, if you dont have an appointment, you can "probably" get seen. This is the last-resort place in my book.
