After attempting two times over the phone to order a part for my car (passenger side mirror) and sending my information such as my VIN number, I have not received an answer even after I emailed Bryna. She nor anybody have not reached out to me. Do not waste your time here. They do not care to help and customer service is very limited
Not sure his name but the guy in the parts department is rude & sucks... that's all I came here to say.
Great service, the team made sure I was taken care of, and gave me a ln awesome deal on parts!
Service dependent was not helpful. When asked a question they responded with “A good google search will provide you with that information.” The information google provided was a Nissan dealership. I proceeded to call a different dealership that was happy to assist.
