Front desk staff very nice. I'm not sure my massage therapist knew what he was doing. His answer for everything was press, stretch, pull, and bend everything harder. He did not understand the application of concentrated force in a small area. The room was noisy and there was considerable noise outside the room in the hall as well. Not relaxing at all. I left feeling much worse than when I arrived.
