Clean and, for the time that I work out, quiet and easy to use the equipment I want. I live in Town Center...can't beat the location!
Recommendedyes!! everyone is so friendly and helpful. Nicole is the best!! A few of us are even following her to Greenbrier Family this morning for her tabata and abs class!!!

Small but effective and a Friendly staff.
Super friendly staff and really clean. They make good use of the small space. They don’t have everything, but enough of all the right stuff so that I can improvise for anything that I need to do.
I love going to the Y at Town Center for their Regymen class....until they started charging $16/class. We pay a monthly fee for all classes included. For them to start charging out of the blue was disappointing.
Great location and very convenient for me. I only wish they had some leg machines and a bench.
