I’ve been going here over for 15 years. They are the best! I had a really strong fear of the dentist because of past experiences. Town Center Family Dental staff was so patient and kind. Now I love going to the dentist. They’re the best. 💙
The BEST Dental office I have ever been to. Beautiful interior, kind and caring staff, Dentist is great and hilarious. I am borderline terrified of the Dentist and they made me feel so comfortable and safe. They offer in office service plans for uninsured and under insured, payment plans and really care about their patients. I'm so very grateful for this place. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
My first visit went well. As soon as I walked into the lobby and up to the reception desk, I was warmly greeted. A quick ID check than sat down. I went to use the rest room and was given a "good morning" from two other smiling faces. My experience with my hygienist was a good one. She was personable, friendly and very knowledgeable and focused on doing a good job. The doc came in and greeted me and then conversed with my hygienist and then talked with me. Always a great experience when going to town center. Kelly is the best and always so friendly! They also saved us this weekend with a dental emergency on my wedding day, can’t thank them enough!
The office, the staff, and the dentist are phenomenal! I called the office Friday morning for a new patient visit and was scheduled for a visit the following Monday. I was in a lot of pain. My wait time was maybe 5-7 minutes. A root canal was done during that visit. The dentist and his staff throughly explained my plan of care and answered all of my questions putting me at ease.
