I’ve been coming here since my kids were born! My youngest is 8, today I saw the nurse practitioner and it was a horrible experience! She never sat down, she rushed me through everything, I had concerns and she just acted annoyed so I finally had to stop her and just ask her if I did something wrong. Twice I had to ask if everything was ok because I just wasn’t being heard. Horrible bed side manner. I just left feeling flustered and that I want to switch doctors. I have tried multiple times to reach Dr. Williams office concerning two imaging tests I received in the past two weeks - no response. Online, phone calls - no response. I’m very disappointed since the storefront advertising does not equate to actual service provided.
The nurse was Very unprofessional and yelled at me on the phone when i called to make sure they recieved my labs , also she spoke to the Dr and me at the same time and never put me on hold , she yelled at me "both of you need to stop yelling at me " i am assuming she was refering to the Dr and i , i never raised my voice , well they never called too give me my results of my test and alter the medication . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE STAY CLEAR OF THAT DR AND OFFICE.
