I have been washing my work vehicle here for 5 years now. Never had a problem until today. In order to wash a car you must use soap. Like soap that foams up. Today was more water and less soap. Bad business decision to change the ratio. Time to find another car wash.
I just spent $12 using this car wash to try and clean my white truck. Pre soak & soap wash did nothing to remove road dirt. Resorted to using the foam brush and still after rinsing there are areas that have road grime on them. If I rub the areas with my hand lightly while rinsing they come clean. The soap here does nothing to clean. The bug remover is a joke. It does not work. FYI, my truck is a month old and this was the 2nd time I washed it. I know they have a vacuum machine isn’t the machine closest to Joe beRoad that’s charging $10 on your credit card instead of a dollar good thing I have online banking I feel sorry for the people that do not have online banking I contacted left a message for the manager of town Center car wash plaza called my bank but I would not use this machine until they corrected it
can use cash or credit. convinient. like the renovation and everything works well. will start using this car wash again. like that they have music.

One of the best car washes I have been to in town!!! The sweepers are fantastic!! So clean�� new favorite place I’ll be back!
