Frustrated. Third time back. Second time for same issue. Added frustration is the vehicle has a blow and go (alcohol test) and getting some kind of urgency to get hold of the place to get a code to start the car without blowing. I offered to sit there all day and do it. Day 3 still no car. I know it’s not their fault but there was also a phone number on file to reach out to these people.
Good work and communications on my repair. Estimate was exact. One of very few shops to work on vehicles older than 1999.
Took my car here with a growling noise and $5,000 and a week later I got my car back with the same noise!!! Took it back a couple of times before I realized they are scammers. They are definitely incompetent but it's a lot worse, they are purposely lying and overcharging for things you don't need and not fixing the actual thing that's wrong. Warning to any unlucky person who brings your car here. Don't trust Saxon!!
