These People are UNETHICAL – If you rent here, know that they will screw you on move out costs when you leave. I am a business professional, lived there for 3 years and cared for my apartment as if I owned it. In fact, upon move in I noticed the carpet was dirty and spent $50 renting an carpet cleaner at the Home Depot and 3 hrs of my own time cleaning it.
