Called for replacement of chirping smoke alarms and Town Center Team took care of it right away. They take care of maintenance issues very timely!
I love my place at TC. The proximity to BART and downtown Lafayette keep me busy 24x7. The mgmt team is responsive. And I love my apartment too!
Bad experience with the leasing office. We wrote a note more than one month before our early move out. And I triple checked the contract and it said we need to get a written approval or pay negotiated fee. But after we tried to negotiate with them multiple times before they move out, they never replied our emails. And directly sent us a bill of two-month rent, saying it’s written in the contract. Very frustrating.
