Town Center Apartments is the youngest community (built 2001) located in downtown Lafayette and host to the only creekside walking trail directly to the entrance of Lafayette BART. We offer spacious 1&2 bedroom homes equipped with full-size washer & dryer in every unit. As a resident you can easily walk to neighborhood shopping, fine dining, and local schools. Our community also offers a social room, fitness center, and BBQ area to our residents, as well as garage parking and elevators to all levels

Bad experience with the leasing office. We wrote a note more than one month before our early move out. And I triple checked the contract and it said we need to get a written approval or pay negotiated fee. But after we tried to negotiate with them multiple times before they move out, they never replied our emails. And directly sent us a bill of two-month rent, saying it’s written in the contract. Very frustrating.
Great location wish i could live here forever lol. Love Raj so much she's the best!! She accomadates me as best as she can. If you're in the area and looking to move this is the best place.
