I want to express my concerns and frustrations regarding our living experience at this residence over the past year. Despite numerous unresolved issues, we have encountered problems such as missing packages many times reported with no subsequent action. I didn't even have the chance to even tour the unit. I tried to schedule a tour while juggling my schedule around my work. The lady I spoke with was not flexible at all; she was rude at best. I'm not even sure if I will ever be interested in living there, considering all the negative reviews and my personal experience. It's not the best location either.
The reviews say it all. My father passed away when I had to move out, and the leasing agent, Sylvia Ortiz lied about the condition of my apartment and kept my security deposit, then proceeded to charge me false charges upon move out and went completely off the radar during my move out process. Wish I can give this 0 stars I had had my car broken into and packages stolen and got nothing but a sad face. SILIVIA ORTIZ emailed me December 2024 about a deposit I had since emailed back and came to visit and go not response I assumed she was fired from poor service but I was there a week ago and she is still there doing poorly . I was told I would get a email but nothing I will be going to small court after getting packages stolen , car broken into the least they can do is give me my money back.
