This isn't an apartment complex, it's an obstacle course. I've never seen so many stairs in one building. Good luck carrying your bags or groceries without an elevator.
Lived here for almost a year now and have nothing to complain about. Our unit was clean and the remodel was done good. We love the high ceilings and natural light. Jennifer has been a big help since our move in day and always tries to go above and beyond.
I want to express my concerns and frustrations regarding our living experience at this residence over the past year. Despite numerous unresolved issues, we have encountered problems such as missing packages many times reported with no subsequent action. Upon moving in, we found mold on our windows, no action, The laundry facilities were frequently not available , and an incident occurred where someone disposed of my clean laundry in the trash can . I didn't even have the chance to even tour the unit. I tried to schedule a tour while juggling my schedule around my work. The lady I spoke with was not flexible at all; she was rude at best. I'm not even sure if I will ever be interested in living there, considering all the negative reviews and my personal experience. It's not the best location either.
