Muy atentos y muy rápidos en contestar. Muy fácil la gestión de reservar pero a la hora de la verdad un servicio muy flojo, nada que ver con el que te venden. Me han dejado tirada, sin coche y sin ofrecer alternativas ni soluciones a escasas horas de mi reserva porque van con 3/4 horas de retraso y tienen demasiadas reservas. Reserve hace más de una semana. Bastante decepcionante
