I open an account May 2021 online because I have a disability that the bank doesnt want to accommodate me with. I never got my account number. I called bank branch but I was directed to central representative who said she couldn't provide me with account number but she saw it in her system. I had to go in person. Worst customer service on the planet! Transfered my loan and lost flood insurance paperwork in the process. Then they bought me a **** flood policy after calling 3 times and being assured it was an automated letter and to disregard. Never doing business with them again
