I open an account May 2021 online because I have a disability that the bank doesnt want to accommodate me with. I never got my account number. I called bank branch but I was directed to central representative who said she couldn't provide me with account number but she saw it in her system. I had to go in person. I let it go because I was very sick for months. Last Saturday I went in person to drive through. I was told they can't give me my account number unless I go in person and know my password. They still cant accommodat... read more

Worst customer service on the planet! Transfered my loan and lost flood insurance paperwork in the process. Then they bought me a **** flood policy after calling 3 times and being assured it was an automated letter and to disregard. Never doing business with them again
