I am very happy with the purchase. I came all from Jersey to buy this car the transaction was so smooth and they made the process really simple. This is my third car with town auto I cannot see myself buying a car from another dealership other than them. I am going to refer them to my other friends also

We bought a 2010 Kia Forte on 3/21/24 and the engine seized after 2 months. Apparently there was a recall on the 2010 Kia Fortes due to a piston problem and we were sold a car with an open recall. The car was only 320 miles over the limit for the recall, so we had to fix it under our warrantee that we got. However, the warrenty only converted part of the fix and we had to pay several thousand more. Had Tower Auto checked for recalls they could have had it fixed by Kia for free. Amazing dealership, I went to multiple dealerships before finally stopping here. The men where amazing and friendly and not pushy at all and they helped with the problem (my parents don’t drive and i’m 17 and wanted to finance a car) that no other dealership would help with / refused to take on. When the car they recommended for us was at their second lot, they gave us a ride from this lot to that one no charge.
