What a bummer. I had an appointment for my kitty, and even though I was told to drop her off between 9 and 9:30am, there wasn't anyone there until 9:15am. I tried calling but the phone was busy. I noticed when I got in that the phone was sitting off the hook. The place was hot, like they didn't keep on air over night, and finally, I found out that even though I was supposed to leave my kitty overnight for two days, there is no one to stay with the animals at night.
